I really think I should start thinking about seeking some help....had a major relapse today....I don't want to scare anyone but I will say that McDonalds and Starbucks were involved.

**Jen~After 3 babies in 4 years I am ready to find out what Jen looks like un-pregnant. I'm about a 12-14 right now and I want to be a comfortable 8. I am 35 and have 4 kids so I am under no illusion that I will return to Size 4 and I'm OK with that!***Dawn..I'd love to be a comfortable size 12. Last night's dinner of creamy chicken and biscuit's gotta go, huh? Oh yeah, also the cc cookies I baked yesterday. AAHH!!
